Christy McDonald, Sam Hunt, Rae Lynn, Scotty McCreery
Hi, My name is Christy McDonald. My friends call me "CeeCee". I'm a singer - songwriter - entertainer.
I write music about love and heartache. After cutting ties with my former record label, my songs have been on the radio and tv in Belgium, Germany and the US (4 cuts in 3 countries!) The CW Network and The Hallmark Channel aired my song during the Hollywood Parade of Stars. In 2015 I self released "Cheater" a song I co-wrote and it ended up on the front page of iTunes. Christy McDonald is the iTunes New Noteworthy Artist. That was cool to read. 2016 I partnered with the TJ Martell Foundation and Alf Batzs former Iron Maiden guitarist on Here Comes The Night a re-occurring Halloween anthem I helped write, sing and co-produce. When Little Kids Rock called I said yes! While LADY GAGA, Ne-Yo, Pharell Williams represented LA & NYC, I represented Nashville closing out the end of the year show! 2016 The Music Hall of Fame released 2 books world wide. There was Carole King, John Lennon, Taylor, Dolly, and I was ever go grateful to be on the inside front cover! Unbelievable. Now I'm working on a record with Lincoln from Cage The Elephant and Grammy Award Winning Producer Nathan Chapman.
Keep in touch. xoxo, Christy McDonald 💜 I can't wait to meet you.
Love, Cee Cee

Christy McDonald Sheer Raw Talent . Incredibly gifted story teller, songwriter, vocalist and performer. Christy McDonald grew up in Tabor City, NC a little country town near the ocean. A town where everybody knows everybody. She started writing songs in the 5th grade at 9 years old. Very shy she would never sing in public or at church. As a little girl she would sit in her room with her Mom's old records and listen to old Motown records trying to hit the notes those famous singers hit. Female singers or male singers she would sit cross legged in the middle of her room and try to learn, all from a little orange record player.
Christy's mom is a great classical singer. So the choir leader at church would put her up on stage to sing with the choir or solos and she would mouth the words. Nothing would come out at all. She was so nervous about her dreams she kept her secret until she was 21. Finally singing she sang out in public and the crowds response was magnetic. She knew that was it. She had to follow her dreams. .
After college Christy tried out for a show at Carowinds that had try outs at the Crook and Chase Theater at Myrtle Beach, Sc near her home. She passed the singing and dancing trying outs, but on a spur of the moment trip to L.A. changed her life. Through a friend Christy and her friends ended up having dinner at the home of a husband and wife who were Dreamwork's Movie higher ups. Sitting in the floor playing a couple of piano vocals. He told her, "You'll never make it staying in N.C.. You have to go to where the music is made. Where the people are....You go meet those people and use your talents." That summer she did. Sometimes it takes someone believing in you to give you courage. ...... to READ MORE click here
